The application utilized client/server architecture, and used UML for design, J2SDK for the problem domain and data management, and JBuilder for the User Interface. The medical clinic software recorded appointments and tracked diagnosis and treatment given for each patient. Tasks completed were requirement analysis, design and documentation, implementation, and installation.

This software helps the coder to achieve precision, accuracy, and specificity. Medical coding software also helps coders to determine the accuracy of medical bills thus ensuring correct payments from the patients or the insurance companies. It is used in ambulatory surgical procedures, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and independent practice associations.
